You are being asked to spend a great deal of money on this site. It should not be harder to do that because of how you read, hear, or use a computer. This page says what we work to, what we know is not yet right, and how to reach a person who will fix it.
Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That is the standard courts, regulators and procurement bodies generally look to, and it is the one we hold ourselves against.
We want to be straightforward about the status of that: this is a target we are actively working toward, not a certification we hold. No one certifies websites as accessible — there is no such thing as an official ADA or WCAG certificate, and any vendor selling one is selling you a badge, not compliance. We would rather tell you where we are than display a seal.

screen-reader navigation.prefers-reduced-motion, so our reveal animations do not trigger discomfort. We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit of this site. Rather than say nothing until we have, here is what we already know is imperfect:
We deliberately do not install one of the pop-up "accessibility widget" products. They do not make an inaccessible site accessible, disability advocates broadly oppose them, they have been the subject of regulatory enforcement over their marketing claims, and they frequently interfere with the assistive technology you already use and have configured. We would rather fix the underlying markup.
Nothing on this site is the only way to transact with us. Every step — browsing what is available, checking eligibility, getting a landed-cost estimate, reserving a vehicle, signing, and paying — can be completed by email or by phone with a person, at no additional cost and with no worse terms. If any part of this site does not work for you, that is our problem to solve, not yours to work around.
If you hit a barrier, email accessibility@mcmillan.ltd. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse if you are comfortable sharing it. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve or give you a dated plan within 10 business days. If we cannot fix it quickly, we will complete the task with you manually in the meantime.
Feedback about accessibility is welcome, and we would genuinely rather hear it than not.
