By creating an account you agree to our Terms of Use and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information. You can ask us to export or delete your account and its documents at any time by emailing privacy@mcmillan.ltd.
You can take a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to erase it. Both are free, neither affects your terms, and we will not treat you differently for asking. See our Privacy Policy.
Your name, phone and delivery postcode are erased immediately, and your account stops being identifiable.
If you have completed an import, customs and tax law requires us to keep that transaction record for seven years — we are not permitted to delete it sooner, and no company can lawfully offer otherwise. It is then deleted automatically, along with your uploaded documents and your sign-in. We will tell you the exact date.
We cannot start an erasure while an import is in progress — we would be unable to finish delivering your vehicle. Contact us and we will work it out with you.
